Earache While Flying on a Plane
How to relieve an earache while flying on a plane. Change in cabin pressure could cause you to have an earache, try these steps to relieve the earache caused by flying. Step 1 - Wriggle you jaw, ope your mouth wide and wriggle your jaw up, down, left and right Step 2 - Hold Breath and pinch nose, then blow gently this will help equalize the pressure Step 3 - Chew gum
